Michelle, also known as "SPECIAL" is a Soul singer born and raised in Cincinnati, OH. She first discovered her love for music in the church. It was there that she began developing her musical chops. Nowadays, you can find her performing throughout the city at countless venues and events. Often referred to as the Princess of Southern Soul, SPECIAL approaches each performance with high energy and captivating soulful vocals that always leaves the crowd wanting more!

SPECIAL has had the opportunity to open for legendary artists in the R&B/Soul world like Mint Condition and Shirley Brown. She’s even performed at established festivals like the Taste of Cincinnati and Juneteenth Cincinnati Fest. Tapping into genres like Jazz and Blues, to R&B and Funk, she always delivers an unforgettable musical experience.
